Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage security protocols, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, to safeguard organizational information.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and tests; provide solutions for identified technical vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, tools, and practices; mentor team members.
- Administer security systems like vulnerability management, privileged access management, data loss prevention, and SIEM.
- Perform network security analysis, incident response, and threat intelligence activities.
- Drive security risk remediation initiatives with urgency and clear deadlines.
- Regularly update senior management on security status and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various regional headquarters for technology adoption and strategic alignment.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years in an IT administrator role.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with experience in implementing Information Security/Networking best practices.
- Leadership and collaborative skills.
- Familiarity with Security Frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, ISO27001, SOX, PCI, ITAR).
- Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune, Purview, etc.
